Classic Masterpiece Full Upgrade Nomos Tangente Neomatik 41 Update Watch

(March 2018, Glashütte / Berlin) NOMOS launched a new movement at the Baselworld Watch & Jewellery Show 2018: neomatik date (DUW 6101). NOMOS is the three classic watches, Tangente, Orion and Ludwig, equipped with this new movement, creating an exclusive custom calendar display design for it. This not only means aesthetic innovation; the calendar display can also be easily and quickly adjusted in both directions.

Highly accurate and fun: Tangente neomatik 41 Update watch with a new ring calendar display. With its new neomatik date movement, NOMOS has succeeded in taking its classic models to the next level.

These three watches, each with a diameter of no more than 41 mm, have retained their slim profile despite a significant increase in size. Thanks to the large new movement in the case, each watch has an exclusive calendar display design: the Orion neomatik watch has a large calendar display at three points on the edge of the dial, which is balanced, classic and unique. Font. In Ludwig neomatik, the calendar display is also located on the edge of the dial, but this time at 4 o’clock, it is elegantly integrated with the Roman numerals. Tangente celebrates an unprecedented update on the edge of the dial: the calendar shows the current calendar with two red dots, highlighting Tangente’s design-oriented features. This calendar display is completely new and unique to NOMOS.

Michael Paul, designer of NOMOS responsible for updating the Tangente model, said: The new calendar display has simplified the extraordinary features of this movement. This movement not only allows the designer to create a perfect calendar display tailored for each watch, but also highlights the profound professional watchmaking skills behind the dial. The special features of the new neomatik date movement include its beautiful sanding and decoration, such as gold-plated embossed engraving on the automatic rotor.

NOMOS launched the first neomatik calibre (DUW 3001) in 2015. It’s amazing: never seems to have seen such a thin, self-winding watch that can be mass-produced. Now with the birth of the second neomatik calibre DUW 6101, NOMOS has set a new standard for calendar displays.

Tangente neomatik 41 Update, Orion neomatik 41 date, and Ludwig neomatik 41 date are the names of these three new works. From mid-May, these three watches will be on sale at designated retailers.
